Yoga is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation. Yoga promotes alignment, focus, and increased sense of self. Yoga poses stretch and tone your muscles, increase your range of motion and will promote flexibility.

New name, same great choreographed barbell class will strengthen your entire body and provide a great cardio workout. After the warm-up, you will complete a 60 minute workout focusing on all major muscle groups. It’s total body workout and it’s fun too.
