Tabata training is a popular high-intensity interval training format consisting of 20 seconds of all-out intense work followed by 10 seconds of passive recovery, totaling 4 minutes of very strenuous exercise. If you’re looking for intensity in the water, this class is for you.

This class recreates the original Zumba® moves you love at a slower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Barre is a fitness hybrid workout class that combines ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. Starts February 18th!

Water Aerobics

This low impact, high intensity aerobic class works to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance using the water as resistance. This class requires no swimming skills and can be done in both shallow and deep water.
