Whether you are a beginner swimmer or on your way to the Olympics, we are a great place to make a splash. Our indoor aquatic programs provide members a comfortable environment for exercise, water aerobics, swim lessons, family time, birthday parties and more.
Swimming Lessons
When it comes to swimming and water safety, no one is trusted more than the YMCA, America’s swim instructor.
The YMCA swim lesson curriculum is designed to teach this lifelong skill to participants of all skill levels in a safe environment. We offer individual swim lessons.

Swim Team
Our trained coaches work to improve swimmers’ skill level, endurance and to promote a healthy lifestyle. Our program embraces the YMCA core values and promotes progression at an individual level.
The YMCA Swim Team offers two practice times a week. Swimmers are encouraged to attend both practices to get the most out of the program.
$30/mo – member
$50/mo – non-member

Water Aerobics
Increase strength and improve flexibility! All levels of swimmers and non-swimmers are welcome.
Aquatic exercise classes are a valuable and effective alternative to “land” programs. Aquatic exercise reduces the impact on joints, increases strength and improves flexibility.

Certifications & Training
Lifeguard Certification: 35 hour class through the American Red Cross that certifies the individual in CPR, AED, First Aid and Lifeguarding for the professional rescuer.
$150 – Y Members | $180 – Non-Members
First Aid Class: 7 hour class through the American Red Cross that certifies the individual in CPR, AED and First Aid.
$45 – Y Members | $65 – Non-Members

Masters Swim Program
Training for a triathlon or just want to get back into the swim of things?
Looking for a challenge? Join masters, a swim training group for adults! Masters swim focuses on training and stroke refinement. Practices are challenging for everyone’s individual level, yet fun too!

Survival Swim Lessons
NEW May 2021!!!
Survival Swimming Lessons start May 2021! These specialized lessons focus on making your child safe in and around the water by giving your child confidence, and the skills necessary to roll over and back float. As the child masters the back float the progressions to swim float swim is mastered. These lessons are recommended for children 6 months to 6 years of age. Our specialized instructor has over 30 years of teaching experience and holds multiple certifications.
